Rick Owens offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain architectural objects and personalized items are considered final sale.
Request Authorization
Access your order history through the online account portal or use the guest returns link to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Place the items in their original designer boxes and protective dust bags, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-printed DHL Express return label provided with your original order to the outside of the box, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Dispatch and Verification
Drop off the package at an authorized DHL collection point; once received at our Italian warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for quality inspection and refund processing.
